tenant retail users. The company is also involved in
financing and primary partnership of retail developments.
Additional services include land, office and residential
developments.

The company was founded by principal Steve Shuler who
has more than 30 years of experience oriented to
development, management, marketing and value
enhancement of commercial real estate. Previous
experience includes co-owner and partner of Buckley
Shuler Properties since 1993 with the development of
over 3 million square feet of retail space over an 8 year
period. Shuler also was involved with the creation and
ownership of a mid-sized development / management / brokerage company with over 100 employees involved with products of retail, office, industrial and multi-family housing. Early experience includes positions with Dana Corporation and Hunt Properties, involved with leasing, development and
sales of office, industrial, land and single tenant facilities.
